Robin Thanks for the rapid response. Yes, the first PHD2 calibration was a disaster - it is very obvious when it goes wrong as the distance does not increase linearly or nearly linearly with the step count. So I abandoned it as it would go on for (I think) 100 steps before saying something is wrong....

Hi, when I connect the telescope to SharpCap, the coordinates in the SharpCap telescope control box are completely different to those showing on the telescope handset.
