Hi Ben, it should work - I don't have a Neptune to test with, but both the Mars models I have work fine. Things to check : Does the camera show up in Windows device manager? How do I increase memory allocated to SharpCap
Under File | SharpCap Settings | Memory I can increase the amount of RAM allocated to SharCap. Default is 2GB but Pro users can increase that value. I purchase a Pro license, installed it and it was accepted, yet I still cannot increase the amount of RAM dedicated to SharpCap. Am I missing something...
