Now I'm experiencing exactly what my users keep saying. Im an IT guy, so more often than non, a user would have an issue and when someone from my departme...

Re: Dithering in Live Stack - phase shift
Hi robin, I think everything is actually working well. There are no trails or any issues with the capture itself. I think the issue here is with the dithering, while it does seem to be random i do believe it slightly favors a certain direction, which incrementally adds up. I say this because the sta...

Re: Sharp cap will not work when Laptop lid is closed
Hey Robin, you are (as always) right, turning off graphics acceleration worked like a charm thanks :D I do have an unrelated question, is there a way to save the actual temperature of the image taken in the file name? if tried to use the {temperature} but it doesnt work, i think that reads from the ...

Re: Dithering in Live Stack - phase shift

I like the visual aspect of it, and helps me keep an eye on what's going on, but im having the same exact issue. Im using an OAG, and phd with mult...

Re: Calibration frames Deep Sky Sequence Planner Issue
Hey Robin, yes the very latest version. The weird thing here, this only occurs if i capture them from the normally using livestack, the images are perfect. So i think that should rule out the cable and turbousbc speed, that and i actually did that already and had the same issue running at USB speed ...

Calibration frames Deep Sky Sequence Planner Issue
hello guys, I'm having a weird issue when i put a sequence of calibration frames in the Sequence planner. I'm using an ASI585mc and well its better just to attach an image to explain. This only happens when i run the sequence, and only happened in 1 flat frame (50) , as opposed to every single dark ...

Re: individual raw image format while livestacking
Hello Robin, I'm using Sharp cap pro 4.0 64-bit version 4.0.8949.0 The camera settings file only is available when you save the stacked image right? Luckily i have a couple of those, I've attached 3 of those. All 3 sessions the raw file folder was populated with .png files. the 1590s and the 868s fi...
