Hi Robin,
Thank you for info.
I just changed from Bin3, 3000X3006, to Bin1. The resolution stayed the same: 3000X3006. Shouldn't it change by default back to 3008X3008?

Re: Deep Sky Annotation Location
Hi Robin,
I’ve used the new Plate Solve for 3 nights and my initial reaction:
a beautiful update, easy, fast, and accurate.
Almost every request, spot on, dead center!
Makes multi-night imaging much easier.
Congratulations, Robin,
John

Setting Options for GoTo Movement
Hi Robin,
In the manual, I ran across “Setting Options for GoTo Movement “, ie reduce exposure and increase gain…”.
Where are these options located in SC?
Thanks much,
John

Deep Sky Annotation Location
Hi Robin, See attached NGC7822 screenshot & both log files. I initially submitted GoTo Catalog Target/Co-ordinates for NGC7822. It was close but not centered. I then called up Deep Sky Annotation, and clicked on Center in View. The result was the blue circle was exactly in the center, yet NGC782...

Hi Robin, Quick review of setup: 8”SCT hdedge, native f/10, PHD2, asi2600MC, latest SC version I reviewed main log and noted the live stack log or any details pertaining to it, are not included. I also noted I can’t retrieve prior night’s live stack log. I’ll try and describe what’s happening, and b...

Live Stack- Star Detection Status
Hi Robin,
With live stacking the 1st frame, shouldn’t the star detection status info for both stack and frame be the same?
Yet I see differences in both star count and FWHM between the two.
Why is this?
Regards,
John

Re: Remote Control- Telescopius to SC
I forgot to mention, with CPWI, I can slew in Stellarium and it automatically updates in CPWI and Sharpcap, but the id info doesn’t populate in Sharpcap automatically, requiring me to remember to manually input. Maybe if the Sharpcap id info could be auto completed, saving key strokes?
