However, I switched over to FWHM focus window, double clicked on the selection square (which was small and which increased in size when double-clicked) to test that double click works - i did. Bahtinov Mask Selection Mask Reset?
I appear to have extended the selection mask on Bahtinov focus tool to the whole screen and i don't appear to be able to reset it back. I now only see chequered windows (whole capture image) with very very faint diffraction patterns underneath. If i click on the screen i get the little grab-hand but...

How can i remove preprocessing from captured images?
Last night we had a lovely clear night first time in ages so i took some six hours of images. Unfortunately i forgot to turn off preprocessing so all captured images now appear to have had old flats/darks applied. Am i right in assuming that old flats/darks had been applied?
