Re: INDI support
Brian, As far as I know in INDI you can have different versions of drivers for each device and not necessarily update the entire INDI library. In your case, I think you could have the newer driver for your Altair and keep an old driver for your Atik. I also know that Jasem Mutlaq has repaired and up...

Re: INDI support
Again, my proposal is just to add more flexibility to Sharpcap by making it capable of connecting with INDI devices. If you feel more comfortable placing a laptop on your telescope and running Sharpcap connected via USB to the devices, good for you! that option will remain available. But maybe it is...

Well, it sounds good, I hadn't really thought about it but I think it's a good idea. And what do you think of using Giga Etherne...

Re: INDI support
Hi, thanks for the answers. As Brian mentions, I am suggesting that Sharpcap act as an INDI client running on Windows and connect via ethernet cable to an INDI server running (for example) on a raspberry pi attached to the telescope. This architecture would allow all devices such as cameras, focuser...

INDI support
Hi, I'm new here. Any chance in adding support for INDI devices? It would be a breakthrough as it would give your already great software a lot of flexibility. This would allow users who have an observatory at home to connect to the devices remotely without the need to have a laptop in the telescope ...
