Blooming
After adjusting focus to best position, the images of brighter stars extend over many pixels. (I think this is called "blooming"). This occurs even when focus is good - e.g., the dimmer stars in the image are pin points. Is there a way to use SharpCap to prevent this?

Re: Sensor Analysis
I neglected to mention - I'm working at F2 with a Starizona Hyperstar in daylight with tee shirt over scope. The sensor analysis keeps reverting to 234 ms and message to reduce brightness. No luck -- how to fix?

Re: Sensor Analysis
I am trying to run a sensor analysis, but am getting same results as Mike. I am using a ZWO 183 camera on a Celestron 8" edge. I've tried putting a white towel over the scope, and tried removing the camera from the scope and covering the sensor with a translucent eyepiece cover -- but same resu...

revise old stack
I'd like to go back and tweak stacked images that have already been saved. How do I retrieve the "raw" stack, without the adjustments I made when I saved it?

Color Space, Bit Depth, and Exposure Time
What is the proper setting for color space and bit depth for the ZWO-183 camera? I use it with an 8" Celestron Edge with Hyperstar, under so-so suburban skies (Bortle 5?). Also: how much total exposure can I accumulate without burning out the whites, or running into problems? I like imaging fai...

Re: "Disappearing" Frames
The Dropped Frames count Normal Frame count both stayed at zero while the bottom right green bar kept cycling. Could be a cable problem -- I'll try another USB port, etc.

"Disappearing" Frames
Attempting to run Live Stacking, the frames were neither stacking nor ignored -- they did get counted. The timer bar (bottom right corner) was running 10 second exposures, but after each frame the exposure started again but the frame had "disappeared". What happened? Where was it hiding?
