Re: Temp change autofocus and synchronized dithering
Hi Robin,
I was looking to synchronize dithering between two simultaneous instances, and found this thread.
Is there a way to do this within the present sequencing tool, or programmatically?
Thanks,
Jason

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
Update: The latest SC update improved the QHY buffering for me, when I pick the force still mode like Robin has suggested. (Doing so used to crash for me, now it's stable!). Works with QHY294M, still have to test with QHY268C...

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
Hello - I was wondering if anyone had any updates to this issue. For me, in SharpCap lastest versions of both 3.2 and 4.0beta), QHY268C still either buffers 3 frames, or sometimes unending buffer (requiring restart). The best solution I heard from another user in this thread was in SC 3.2 to select ...

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
Hello QHY (or anyone):
Is there a stable fix for this issue yet, that doesn't require a multiple-click manual workaround? Thanks.

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
Hi, I'm in a situation now where nothing will recognise the camera via USB. Both the supplier and QHY are going to remotely log on and try to find out what's happening but I think yet again I have another duff QHY268C and will probably request a refund as I've been fighting to get the camera to wor...

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
Hello everybody, This problem is very annoying. If I charge the Sky Brightness in the Smart Histogram, Sharpcap requires twice the time each time the exposure is changed. Does this fact affect the result? The sensor analysis is the same with twice the time. Are the analysis results then correct? I ...

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
FYI, I cross-posted in QHY forums so they are also now looking into this:

Hopefully we'll have answers soon. My sct, which can double as a fast moving thermometer, loses focus by the time the first frame is displayed. Waaaa!

Re: QHY268C - Always buffers 3 frames
By way of update, I tried Rik's advice of reinstalling SC versions. This allowed the SC beta versions to see the QHY268C, but then the exposures endlessly looped. I had to re-install the QHY beta drivers and it works with the 3-exposure issue but only in the current SC production release. So back to...
