Re: New Feature : Planetary Live Stacking
Argh, I should have thought about the Bayer pattern. Setting it to BGGR fixed the issue. Trying 4.1.11536, I find the Auto Adjust does not work as well. Seems too yellow. Maybe it just my preference. Both of these images are after stacking the first 1000 frames and the same sharpening values. 36.jpg...

Re: New Feature : Planetary Live Stacking
I went to try this latest version using a SER file captured last week. But I was getting bad colors. Wondering if it was a bug I downgraded back to the version I was using 4.1.11491 but still see the issue. The seeing was horrible and I was still trying to get focus when I captured this SER. What I ...

Re: SharpCap+SeeStar=Wrong Colors
I agree with you that you should not add code to fix this special case. It is an easy thing to fix by setting the correct Debayer pattern manually. I will send a bug report Seestar about including ROWORDER=TOPDOWN header.
Thanks,
Cey

Re: SharpCap+SeeStar=Wrong Colors
Thank Robin and Roel! I am so excited to see this is just a parameter change. The ability to do Live-Stacking on the Seestar has now greatly improved the scope.

SharpCap+SeeStar=Wrong Colors
I have a new Seestar and I managed to point SharpCap to a folder on the Seestar in order to do live stacking. The problem I am having is the colors are all wrong. I have tried the auto color buttons and manually moving the color sliders but I cannot get close to the right colors for M27. Is there an...

Re: Saving Histogram Stretch Mode Value
I see my problem. I was looking at the CameraSettings.txt under the processed folder where my png image is saved. StretchMode is not in that file. But if I look at the CameraSettings.txt file one folder above, where the .fits file is, the StretchMode is in there. My question now is why don't the two...

Saving Histogram Stretch Mode Value
I really like the new live stacking Stretch Mode. It would be nice if this value got saved in either the "CameraSettings.txt" file or the "Histogram.csv" file. During Live Stacking, I will try different values and save the images. Unless I keep notes of which is which, when I go ...
