Sensor Analysis for DSLR
Just to revive this.
It looks like for DSLR that SharpCap needs to be able to digest Raw files for this to happen. I realize that is a big step, but is there an approximation that can be made, such that it may not be as accurate as for CCDs but still adds value?

I agree, dithering on # of frames vs time seems much more consistent. Similar to how most software looks at where the meridian is and stops taking pictures so it can do the flip, which is basically a frame based operation, rather than flipping in the middle of an exposure.
