Hi Running the latest Sharpcap Pro 4 and the latest ASCOM driver from Altair I've been having problems with my Altair 174M I use for Solar work The camera keeps dropping out and 'disconnecting' and dropping frames.. usually connects for 10-12 seconds then loses it, seems to have no problem with the ...

Hi All Just got a Player One Apollo M Max camera for mostly Solar work Installed the driver as usual from website but its not showing up in SharpCap 4 in the camera list I get the usual noise as you plug the camera in and tried different USB 3 leads and sockets and even tried uninstalling the driver...

Best of luck with locating it Robin hopefully something simple
Heading into the season now of less imaging time and in my case I lose visibility of the Sun in late October early November till late February..and as usual cue more Solar activity

Hi
Not sure if your using a tilt adapter to help with Newton Rings.
This could be a light leak around the edge of the adapter...once set I wrap mine in black tape
