I saw this in the Stargazers lounge forums and also here in the SharpCap forum.

Is this something that would be good to implementing as a switch option if it is already coded and seems to be effective?

Re: Histogram Features
Sometimes it sent the bug report, other times it didn't. Mainly it did offer to send the bug report -- but unfortunately I'm only connected to the internet about 50% of the time I use SharpCap. I sent them when I could. That said, I had a successful evening using the latest build of the 3.1 beta las...

Re: Histogram Features
Thanks! I tested out the interface changes -- and it's really helpful! Thank you!
Unfortunately, I'm getting a lot of crashes on the new builds, some on launch. So I've not been able to test much on the new builds.
Thanks again.

Crash while using WiFi Scope
With the newer 3.1 builds there seems to be a new bug where it clashes with WiFi Scope. I am using WiFi Scope to control GoTo with Sky Safari and then plate solve with SharpCap to complete the move to a higher accuracy. Unfortunately, I've lost track of which build versions were working previously. ...

Screen flickering on ASI290
On Monday night I was using the latest build of 3.1 with the ASI924 Pro camera and everything was working fine. I then switched the USB3 lead from the ASI294 Pro to an ASI290 mono to change camera. Instead of the clear image from the 290, the upper half of the image was constant full white, and the ...

Re: Histogram Features
Apologies for the slow reply but I’ve not had any time to try anything out until Monday night. First — thank you for the larger clickable areas across the board. That makes a world of difference and all control is much easier. On the histogram specifically, I did find that occasionally when you trie...

Re: Histogram Features
I think the new colour sliders are very good addition. The additional colour information in the histogram panel looks good too and I like the auto adjustment for a quick solution to get started. For what I was trying to do, this does 85% — it’s definitely in the right direction. A few thoughts: — To...

Re: Histogram Features
That's fantastic. I will check that out this evening. Alas, I think the clouds will prevent me from using it on the sky though. Thanks again -- I really appreciate the work that goes into the software -- the good user experience in SharpCap -- especially with live stacking has totally changed the as...

Re: Histogram Features
I’m mainly talking about the black/mid/white level lines on the new histogram. Though I do like the sound of the new addition! Fine tuning the lines in the Live Stack main histogram I found quite tricky — not really related to using touch though I’m sure it made it marginally harder. I was imaging O...
