Re: M31_finally properly processed?
Hi Tim, Happy New Year back to you. Congrats - very good work. Two tips: Make the processing completely in Pixinsight - it has fantastic capabilities ... (but, as you know, a steep learning curve). And: Try to enhance the color saturation a bit, PI has good tools for this. I've allowed myself to mak...

Re: SharpCap doesn't fully cool my camera
Hi,
Maybe this doesn't help here - with QHY174GPS, SC 3.3.7093.0, QHY driver from Feb. 2020: no problems with cooling.
Cheers, Christian

Re: QHY 174 GPS Calibration LED issue // USB Traffic weirdness
Hello Jean-Francois,
Cheers, Christian
I think that the majority of QHY174GPS owners use USB3 (with USB2 you cannot take full advantage of the cam, especially for stellar occultation observing).... do you know if people connect the camera with an USB 2.0 connector ?

Re: QHY 174 GPS Calibration LED issue // USB Traffic weirdness
Hi, A big surprise - just now I found the new beta page https://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/sharpcap-downloads/3-3-beta including the new calibration (@Jean-Francois, have a look at 3.3.7051.0). First rough tests showed it's working :D, more later. Robin, many thanks (also for the implementation of ...

Re: v3.3.6882 - offers to delete wrong frame
Hi, So far I didn't know that the last recording could be deleted, a good feature. Just tested with 3.3.7030 32bit under W7-64: the captured image file and the CameraSettings.txt are deleted but not so the file ...Histogram.csv . Regarding ...Histogram.csv - can be added an option to switch off auto...
