Hi,

were you using the 'Banding Suppression' function by any chance? That tries to remove horizontal banding in the image, but it's possible that in some circumstances could cause the sort of lines you are seeing in the stacked (processed) images, but not in the RAW unprocessed ones.

I should have asked what camera you are using - also it would be worth posting a log (captured after the problem has happened) so we can see if there are any errors in the log.

Hi, from the SharpCap log, it certainly looks like the ASCOM driver has suddenly reported the camera as being disconnected once it gets to measuring 'gain 4' (ISO 1600).
