Re: Headbands with force still mode on QHY294m-Pro
OK Robin,
I will retest Monday with the new version.
I am not a specialist in the matter but why there is specific management of the overscan in EZCap and NINA and not in Sharpcap. But it seems to me that the Overscan subject has already been mentioned elsewhere.
Regards

Re: Headbands with force still mode on QHY294m-Pro
Hi Robin, I did the tests again this morning in 11M as requested and in 47M again with Nina and EZCAP. In 11M With Nina 4164x2795 and no borders with overscan on OFF. With EZCAP 4212x2850 and borders with Overscan and 4164x2795 and no borders without Overscan In 47M With Nina 8336x5622 and no border...

Re: Headbands with force still mode on QHY294m-Pro
Hi Robin, I'm not sure the drivers for the QHY294M / C-Pro are quite right. I tried this morning with EZCap and Nina and in 47M the results in terms of image size are heterogeneous and the hot spots are also shifted by more or less pixels. I am at your disposal for any useful test to advance the sub...

Re: Headbands with force still mode on QHY294m-Pro
Hi Robin, Thank you, in fact it is indeed a real shift because if we compare the darks made with this mode and the darks made with the force still mode disabled, we can see it. So while waiting for the solution, it remains to be done as before with the known inconvenience, in particular on long expo...

Headbands with force still mode on QHY294m-Pro
Hi Robin, After installing my version 4.0.7493 I noticed that my first poses on the QHY294M-pro in 47M mode were not correct at the start of the session. I therefore went back to version 3.2 to do this session. I have just reinstalled the very latest QHY and with installation of the SDKs on the 2 sh...

Re: QHY294C keeps exposing the 1st frame after changing exposure time
Hi Robin, last night I put the QHY294C back in place of the QHY294M-pro which had just worked well with the latest version 3.2 and Sharpcap crashed on several tests. I therefore opted for version 4.0 with Force Still Mode on Run and to have 60s exposures I set the exposure to 58.4s because on the bo...

Re: QHY294C keeps exposing the 1st frame after changing exposure time
Hi Robin, I had some darks to redo and given the very bad weather, I took the opportunity to test with the last beta version 3.3 the still mode option on. The management of the delay seems resolved but It is not very stable and on 240s exposures this bug on the 4th exposure. I made several attempts....

Re: QHY294C keeps exposing the 1st frame after changing exposure time
Hi Robin,
Great I will end up switching to version 3.3 for good. In fact I just did a test on SGP to check something else, a history of bad grip on 240s (very visible bayer matrix). On SGP no problem matrix on the 240s and,for your information, no delay problem.
Regards
Dominique
