Thanks Dave Yes you are right, the problem must be that. Version 3.2.6038 works with Altair 290C usb2. And obviously with Altair 183C PRO usb3 ,too. For the moment it seems that I am stuck to this version (3.2.6038). Hoping no bug with 183C. Wait for version 3.3, to have 3.2 and 3.3 :) Sincerely Joel

Hello @Robin Win 10 - USB3 and USB2 -ok (but also on Win7 usb2 only) Altair Capture instalée v 3.7.13483 last> Altair 290C usb2 = ok. With SharpCap> Altair 290C USB2 without problems up to version 3.26028.0. but for higher versions up to 3.2.6086 the camera is only recognized as camera 'AltairCam' D...

Actually I see that my Altair Capture version is old.
I will go in that direction first and relaunch the latest version of SharpCap.

After upgrading SharpCap Pro v3.2.5986.0 to 3.2.6062.0 my AltairGP 290C USB2 camera is no longer detected,
Before installation the current version has been uninstalled.
I go back to v3.2.5986.0 which recognizes the camera ,No problem,
I did things wrong?
Windows10 - USB ok -
