Re-label cameras (Show a name instead of serial number)
Hi, As the title says would it be at all possible to allow the naming of a camera when using multiple cameras. I know you currently show the serial number of the camera in the title bar which is handy but would it be at all possible to customise what is shown so I can have one named "GT-81"...

Re: multiple camera sensor analysis
Could I just ask what happens if the cameras are the same make/model and your going to be using 2 instances of SharpCap please?
Will sensor analysis of the second one interfere with the first?

Re: Smart Histogram Brain taking long time to measure brightness with L-eNhance filter
Hi, from the log it looks like you had set either 'darkest' or 'blue' channel as the one to be measured. The blue channel tends to be the dimmest, and your filter cuts out almost all of it anyway, so this leads to the need for much longer exposures to try to find out how much blue there is. Info 19...

Re: Smart Histogram Brain taking long time to measure brightness with L-eNhance filter
On a related topic- do you find that the L-enhance filter basically just makes all emission nebula red? Or do I maybe have a defective filter? I know that the l-extreme will bring out more greens, but I never see any green/blue at all with the L-enhance. :| On topic (ish)- I've not really used the ...

Re: Smart Histogram Brain taking long time to measure brightness with L-eNhance filter
Hi Robin, Here is the log from the session last night. I believe the part you are looking for will be from here onwards in the log: Info 19:52:26.705905 #1 Smart Histogram Brain shown I think these past 2 nights are the first time I have tried to use the Smart Histogram Brain in SharpCap 4.0 with th...

Smart Histogram Brain taking long time to measure brightness with L-eNhance filter
Hi, I have SharpCap 4 and a Redcat 51, Optolong L-eNhance filter and ASI193MC Pro camera which has had sensor analysis run on it. Last night I went to perform the measurement in the Brain and had the max exposure set to 3 minutes which I believe should have been fine for the target at the time howev...

Re: Feature Tracking fails calibration with Sky-Watcher HEQ5 Pro
Hi Robin, I've been trying again to get Feature Tracking working but without success. I have however had more success setting the mount movement speed to x16 although ultimately it still fails calibration but just takes a lot longer to do so. The errors I get are: WARN tracking - Failed to produce a...

Staggered cooling/warming for cooled cameras
Hi Robin, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature go set the cooling/warming rate on the cooler on cameras please. Something like setting steps and a holding period between them. The reason for this is both to minimise thermal shock and also reduce the chance of frosting on the came...
