OK, so I didn't know what SER files were or why the program switched to saving to SER but I see that PIPP handles SER files so I guess I`m OK?

Do you know if i should use the RGB24 setting in capturing Jupiter?

I got a message tonight that i might increase the bit rate from 8 bits to get more detail while I was imaging Jupiter but there are no instructions on how to do it nor could I find anything in the camera controls.

Thank you. I actually am accustomed to the NexImage5 cam and the icap software. So I'm not exactly new to this. I suspect that I need to increase the brightness quite a bit. I experience the same thing on my NexImage cam if I don't have the brightness turned up. Thank you.
