Thank you so much Robin!
It now works
I chose FLI.focuser as the focuser in ASCOM device hub, and device hub focuser as the focuser in SharpCap, as you suggested.
Super great user support!
Kind regards
António

Potential ASCOM focuser bug in SharpCap v4.1.10700.0 (32 bit)
Hi Robin, v4.1 32 bit looking good!! Here is a potential ASCOM focuser bug that I noticed in SharpCap v4.1.10700.0 (32 bit). I do not know if it was existent in previous 4.1 32bit version(s). 1) the focuser (FLI, 32 bit ASCOM driver) works perfectly in 4.0 2) in 4.1, when I click to connect the focu...

Re: QHY5III200M with much more noise after v4.0.9545 upgrade
Hi Robin, Jean-Francois, went back to SC4 v 4.0.9538 and problems disappeared.
Also, sensor analysis gave a proper result (attached).
Something went wrong with my update, but for the moment I'm leaving things as they are.
Thank you both! Best wishes

Re: QHY5III200M with much more noise after v4.0.9545 upgrade
Thank you both! Completely different results from mine (see below; made them in triplicate) So, different camera behavior, before and after last SC update (now both 4 and 4.1 with lastest updates). Also, different camera behavior, at the same date, with SC4 (after updated; strange behavior) and 4.1 ...

Re: QHY5III200M with much more noise after v4.0.9545 upgrade
Hi Jean-Francois, thank you for your messages. You are right on your comments, but the camera behaves quite differently from what it was before the SDK update. I had calibrated the capture profiles for all filters I use for planetary imaging, even for daylight use, and the minimum gain settings that...

Re: QHY5III200M with much more noise after v4.0.9545 upgrade
Thank you so much Robin!
After my previous post I updated SC4.1 to v4.1.10260 and the Histogram change appears (attached image). As you suggested it should be a SDK change. I will have to check the consequences in actual imaging. Hope nothing negative appears.
Thanks!

QHY5III200M with much more noise after v4.0.9545 upgrade
Hi Robin, sorry to bother you but I ended up with a much noisier QHY5III200M camera after upgrading SCpro 4 to v4.0.9545. The problem did not disappear when I reinstall the QHY all-in-one driver package (the package that supports the camera, obviously), and the problem does not occur with SCpro 4.1....
