Hi Robin,
I was able to use the Time Lapse feature in the Planetary Stacking program without stacking just for live viewing. I was wondering if this could be provided as a separate feature all on it's own.
Regards,
Don

Uranus 585C Pro Brain Results
Hi Robin, Running the Brain on the Uranus 585C Pro comes up with an unexpected results. For Unity Gain it reports a gain of 205 and an exposure of 745.5 sec, And for Maximum Dynamic Range a gain of 250 and an exposure of 65.3sec. The slope of the noise curve provided by Player one shows a steep vert...

Re: New Feature : Planetary Live Stacking
Hi Robin, Great new feature. Just tried it with Solar Ha live broadcasting on NSN just a few minutes ago. Worked great!. Thanks for a new tool for imaging. Here are before and after screen captures. These were taken a minutes ago using a Solar Ha setup of a full disc Sun using a mono camera using 16...

Darks with QHY183C Cool
Hi Robin, Over last few days I have used three sets of darks for the QHY183C. Reason is they stop working properly. They initially work for a day or two then ampglow appears across the bottom and the top. The only solution I have found until yesterday was to redo the darks. What I found late last ni...

Re: Pause and resume guiding automatically
Hi Robin,
Just tried the PHD pause and it didn't stop guiding or restart guiding. It did however place the word paused on the PHD screen.

Hi Robin,
Settling of the mirror is something I’ve considered and hopefully will test it out tonight if skies cooperate.

Re: Star Trailing.
Hi Robin, Yes I'm imaging with both scopes at the same time and there is trailing with the RASA and the Player One 585 and not with the 51mm with a ASI2600. With the 51mm setup I'm stacking using 5 min exposures and the RASA/Uranus Pro 585 I initial have to start out using shorter exposures of 90 se...

Re: Pixel value tool and FX Highlight Over Exposed
I don't know whether changing from black to red will affect 'Mask Over Exposed Pixels' which is in Black.

Star Trailing.
Hi Robin, The issue I'm having this past week is that one of my two scopes that are physically attached to each other has major star trailing. I have a RASA 8" with a Uranus C Pro 585 that has major star trailing this week while live stacking and single long exposures. While my 51mm refractor h...
