That requires a new dark and flat for each combination of flip. Changing the arrow directions does not compromise calibration frames.

Apparently I did a poor job of searching to see if this issues was already reported. Sorry for the duplication.
But I guess all that maters is that we make people aware of this and improve Sharpcap.

Yes, MONO and RGB both have the flat applied.

I tested back to version 3.1.5027 and found the problem was present even then.
