ok i'll try that when the clouds are gone.

I went out today and i thought it was over exposed so i adjusted the exposure from 10ms to 1.50ms and adjusted the gain from 180 to zero and adjusted the focus on telescope and there was the solar spot. Awesome. So i guess i worked it out.

I can focus a sharp edge of the sun but cannot focus a sunspot on the sun. What is the problem? I have tried everything. I start out with 10ms exposure and adjust focus. I'm using a ZWO camera. what should the camera gain be.

I can not find additive stacking in sharpcap. is it on the pro version only?

Yes the clear button did the trick. I thought i hit the clear button but i guess not.

I did a live stack of m57 and it turned out great, but when I went to m27 it show it on the screen until I hit live stacking again, and m57 shows back up on the screen but would not stack because I wasn't on m57. So what am I missing here? I tried several things, save, stop, clear. what do I need to...
