Re: Can I run SharpCap in windows 10 home
Last thought Wikkett brings up a good point about power, especially in portable mode. The Surface pro only has one USB port (3.0), but I suspect it is pretty low power. It is sufficient to run a risingtech IMX224 camera, but I haven't tried it with any larger power hungry computer. You should see if...

Re: Can I run SharpCap in windows 10 home
The X230, if it is equipped with an i5 processor is significantly more powerful than the base model 330. So that may not be a useful comparison. It appears you can buy a 330 with the i5 processor - but it is about 2x as expensive (in the US) than the base model. What camera will you be using, and wi...

Re: WiFi Camera Connection
Last point - I should mention that I run this over a 5GHZ wifi signal, not 2.4. It is faster, and not prone to interference from crowded 2.4 GHZ signals.
Also, since I wanted to use the faster USB 3.0 connections, using the 5 GHZ wifi avoids the USB 3.0/ 2.4 GHZ wifi interference problem.

Re: WiFi Camera Connection
All Sticks can work fine for live stacking and other operations simultaneously. It depends on what stick and camera one uses. Sticks come in all sorts of configurations - some are atom and celeron based, others are based on Intel's M series (3 - 5, etc) of processors. Whether a specific one will wor...

Robin:
Is there a way (short of downloading section by section ) to download the whole of the 3.2 documentation ? I'm old school and like to have a hard copy in my hands .

Re: Live Stack: lot of Frames Ignored
Also, I note that you have gain set to auto. I'm not sure what value that might be - but for your camera folks often use gain of 350 or higher.
